Payment information, which is handled by our payment provider — we do not store full card details.

We use your information to provide and improve Twikist, authenticate you, process subscriptions, send service-related messages, and respond to support requests.

3. AI processing

When you use Twikist's AI features, relevant parts of your own workspace content are sent to our AI provider to generate answers and suggestions.

AI runs are scoped to your access permissions and operate only over content within your workspace. We do not use your content to train third-party foundation models.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers that help us run Twikist — such as hosting, payments, email delivery, and AI processing — under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.

We may also disclose information where required by law.

5. Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active. After you delete your account, we remove your content within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain certain records by law.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and support for passwordless sign-in with passkeys. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work hard to protect your information.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, export, correct, or delete your personal data. You can manage much of this from your account settings, or contact us to make a request.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We do not use them to track you across other websites.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
