Terms of Service
Last updated: June 3, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Twikist (the "Service"). By creating an account or using Twikist, you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
You must be able to form a binding contract to use Twikist. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials and passkeys secure.
Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization.
2. Your content
You retain all rights to the notes, boards, tables, and other content you create in Twikist. We do not claim ownership of your content.
You grant us a limited licence to host, store, process, and display your content solely to operate and provide the Service to you and the people you choose to share it with.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Twikist to store or share unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, to attempt to breach our security or access data you are not authorized to, or to abuse, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service.
4. AI features
Twikist includes AI features that generate suggestions and answers based on your own workspace content. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete — you are responsible for reviewing it before relying on it.
AI usage is subject to the limits of your plan.
5. Plans and billing
Twikist offers a free plan and paid plans (Pro and Team). Paid subscriptions are billed in advance through our payment provider, and the Team plan is billed per seat.
You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Changes take effect at the end of your current billing period, and fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Termination
You may stop using Twikist at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that create risk or legal exposure for us.
When you delete your account, your content is removed in line with our Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Twikist will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date above. Your continued use of Twikist after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
